2006 Code of Virginia § 29.1-212 - Precaution against fire

29.1-212. Precaution against fire.

The game warden shall caution persons of the danger from fires and, ifpossible, extinguish all fires left burning by anyone. When possible, heshall notify any interested persons of fires raging beyond his control, sothat the fires may be extinguished.
