29.1-203. Jurisdiction; power to serve process.
A. Game wardens shall have jurisdiction throughout the Commonwealth toenforce the hunting, trapping and inland fish laws and may serve process inall matters arising from violations of such laws.
B. Game wardens shall enforce the State Water Control Board's regulationsdesignating Smith Mountain Lake as a no-discharge zone for boat sewage.
