27-96.1. Chapter inapplicable to certain uses of fireworks.

Unless prohibited by a local ordinance, the provisions of this chapterpertaining to fireworks shall not apply to the sale of or to any personusing, igniting or exploding permissible fireworks on private property withthe consent of the owner of such property.
