22.1-248. Procedure when orders not filled properly.
If an order is not promptly and completely filled by a publisher, a reportshall be made by the division superintendent to the Superintendent of PublicInstruction who shall investigate and report to the Board of Educationwhether any action under the contract may be proper. The divisionsuperintendent shall likewise report to the Superintendent of PublicInstruction any irregularities or any failure of a publisher to comply withthe conditions of the contract with the Board.
