20-88.46. Application of law of the Commonwealth.

Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, a responding tribunal of theCommonwealth shall apply the procedural and substantive law generallyapplicable to similar proceedings originating in the Commonwealth and mayexercise all powers and provide all remedies available in those proceedings.

A responding tribunal of the Commonwealth shall determine the duty of supportand the amount payable in accordance with the law and support guidelines ofthe Commonwealth.
