18.2-51.3. Prohibition against reckless endangerment of others by throwingobjects from places higher than one story; penalty.

A. It shall be unlawful for any person, with the intent to cause injury toanother, to intentionally throw from a balcony, roof top, or other place morethan one story above ground level any object capable of causing any suchinjury.

B. A violation of this section shall be punishable as a Class 6 felony.
