18.2-271.4. Oath of office.
Every case manager, and any other employee who is designated by the directorof any VASAP-certified local alcohol safety action program operated pursuantto this article to provide probation and related services, shall take an oathof office as prescribed in 49-1, by a person authorized to administer oathspursuant to 49-3, before entering the duties of his office.
