2006 Code of Virginia § 16.1-274.1 - Admission of evidence of juvenile\'s age

16.1-274.1. Admission of evidence of juvenile's age.

In any proceeding in a district court or circuit court where a juvenile isalleged to have committed a delinquent act, the Commonwealth shall bepermitted to introduce evidence establishing the age of the juvenile at anytime prior to adjudication of the case.
