15.2-2315. Conflict with statutes, local ordinances or regulations.

Whenever the regulations made under authority of this article require agreater width or size of yards, courts or other open spaces, require a lowerheight of building or less number of stories, require a greater percentage oflot to be left unoccupied or impose other higher standards than are requiredin any other statute or local ordinance or regulation, the provisions of theregulations made under authority of this article shall govern. Whenever theprovisions of any other statute or local ordinance or regulation require agreater width or size of yards, courts or other open spaces, require a lowerheight of building or a less number of stories, require a greater percentageof lot to be left unoccupied or impose other higher standards than arerequired by the regulations made under authority of this article, theprovisions of such statute or local ordinance or regulation shall govern.
