13.1-722.9. Entity conversion.
A. A corporation may become a limited liability company pursuant to a plan ofentity conversion. Such a plan shall be adopted and approved by thecorporation in accordance with the procedures of this article.
B. A limited liability company may become a domestic corporation pursuant toa plan of entity conversion. Such plan shall be adopted and approved by thelimited liability company in accordance with the provisions of this article.
