13.1-612. Penalty for signing false documents.

A. It shall be unlawful for any person to sign a document he knows is falsein any material respect with intent that the document be delivered to theCommission for filing.

B. Anyone who violates the provisions of this section shall be guilty of aClass 1 misdemeanor.
