3.1-249.55. Certificate renewals; late fee for delinquent renewals;reexamination.
If the application for renewal of any certificate provided for in thisarticle is not filed prior to a date established by the Board, a late fee oftwenty percent shall be assessed and added to the renewal fee and shall bepaid by the applicant before the renewal shall be issued. If the certificateis not renewed within sixty days following the expiration of the certificate,then such certificate holder shall be required to take another examination.
The Board may provide, by regulation, for the biennial payment of commercialapplicator and registered technician certificate renewal fees.
