3.1-249.50. Licensing of pesticide bulk storage facilities.
The Board shall establish, by regulation, specific requirements for thelicensing of a pesticide business that mixes, stores or otherwise handlespesticides in bulk quantities. For purposes of this section bulk quantityshall not include containers approved for transportation in interstatecommerce by the United States Department of Transportation.
