3.1-249.33. Delegation of authority.

The Board may delegate any authority vested in it under this chapter, exceptthe promulgation of regulations, to the Commissioner or other employees ofthe Department, as the Commissioner may from time to time designate for suchpurpose. The Board shall have the exclusive authority to regulate pesticidesin accordance with this chapter. The Board's authority to regulatepesticides under this chapter shall not be delegated to any county, city ortown.
