Effective July 1, 1965, the Governor of the Virgin Islands is hereby authorized and directed to centralize in the Department of Property and Procurement the operation of all multilith printing machines and related equipment and supplies to serve all departments, agencies and activities of the Government of the united States Virgin Islands.
