§ 42. Federal Social Security benefits; deductions and contributions

There shall be deducted and withheld from the salary of each employee the required taxes for Social Security under the Federal Insurance Contribution Act. All payments less such deduction shall be considered as a full and complete settlement for services rendered. The Legislature shall also contribute the required amount to the Social Security Fund as required under the Federal Insurance Contribution Act.
