Chapter 9 - Foreign Banks
§ 105. Applicability of chapter to foreign banks; penalties

No foreign bank shall transact business in the United States Virgin Islands except upon compliance with the applicable provisions of this chapter. Violations of this chapter shall be punished by a fine of not to exceed $1,000 for each day that the violation continues. Any person who shall make a false oath in any case where an oath is required under this chapter, or any person filing or causing to be filed said oath, in the United States Virgin Islands, shall be guilty of perjury.
