§ 18. Regulations of the Board
Universal Citation: V.I. Code tit. 8, § 18 (2019)
(a) The Board may issue regulations, with the approval of the Governor, for the efficient and effective execution of the provisions of this chapter.
(b) The holders of licenses issued under this chapter shall conduct their establishments in accordance with the regulations of the Board.
