Chapter 2 - Parks and Natural Resources
§ 23. Rules and regulations

The Division of Parks may in the manner provided by law, adopt and enforce such rules and regulations as may be necessary for the protection, management, utilization, development, occupancy and use of all lands and waters within its jurisdiction, consistent with existing laws and with the purpose or purposes for which said lands and waters were acquired, designated or dedicated, and when such rules and regulations shall have been adopted they shall have the force and effect of law.
