§ 317. Mandatory programs

- The following programs must be included as part of the programming of the Commission and may be reviewed for continuation at a later date.
(1) Physical Education and Interscholastic Sports in Educational Institutions in the Virgin Islands.
(2) Sports Tourism.
(3) Sports for All.
(4) Private Sector Sponsorship and Investment Sports, Recreation and Leisure activities.
(5) Print, Broadcast and Electronic Media in Promoting Sports, Recreation and Leisure activities.
(6) Sports Culture and the Environment.
(7) Health and Wellness for All.
(8) Drug Free Sports Environment.
(9) Virgin Islands Archives and the Collection and Retention of Sports Information.
