Chapter 7 - Trades and Crafts
§ 262. Unlawful practice of electrical, plumber or mechanic trade

  • (a) It shall be unlawful for any person to engage in the trade of electrician, plumber or mechanic within the Virgin Islands unless he is licensed therefor as provided in this chapter or is certified as an apprentice or journeyman pursuant to this chapter.

  • (b) It is unlawful for any person to engage in the trade of Fiber Optic maintenance, installation or repair unless licensed as a Fiber Optic Technician.
