Chapter 9 - Employment Agencies; Contracts for Work Outside the Virgin Islands
§ 206. Breach of employment contract

Any employee covered by this chapter shall communicate to the Commissioner of Finance any breach of his or her employment contract. The Commissioner of Finance shall immediately investigate the matter and take whatever action he deems necessary to correct or remedy the situation.
