Chapter 20 - Worker Freedom Act
§ 622. Remedy

Any aggrieved employee may enforce the provisions of this chapter by means of a civil action brought no later than ninety days after the date of the alleged violation. The court, in its discretion, may award actual economic damages, including attorneys' fees and costs, or any other relief that the court deems proper. Nothing in this chapter may be construed to limit an employee's rights to any other cause of action under the law or a collective bargaining agreement.
