§ 1516. Discharge of members from the National Guard of the Virgin Islands
Universal Citation: V.I. Code tit. 23, § 1516 (2019)
Members and officers of the National Guard of the Virgin Islands shall be discharged in accordance with the regulations promulgated by the Bureau of the National Guard by the Bureau of the National Guard of the United States of America or by the Commander-in-Chief.
