§ 1274. Report to Governor and Legislature

The Commissioner shall transmit to the Governor and Legislature in his annual report the names of all insurers proceeded against under this chapter, together with such facts as shall acquaint the policyholders, creditors, stockholders, and the public with the proceedings.
