Chapter 30A - Junior Reserve Officers' Training Program
§ 376. Use of department facilities

The Commissioner of Education shall make available the facilities of the Department of Education for classroom instruction, storage of arms and equipment and provide for adequate drill areas at or in the immediate vicinity of each high school for the use and maintenance of Junior Reserve Officers' Training Corps units.
