Chapter 10 - School Health Program
§ 114. Reports furnished by parents or guardians

In lieu of the medical or dental tests, measurements, examinations or treatments provided for in subsection (b) of section 111 of this chapter, the parent or guardian of any school child may furnish the Department of Education with a report of the same made at his own expense by his family physician or dentist, on a form provided by the Commissioner of Health for this purpose. Such report shall be furnished at such time prior to the opening of school terms as the Commissioner of Education shall by regulation prescribe.
