Chapter 13 - Assault and Battery
§ 301. Assault and battery upon a judge

In addition to any other penalty that may be prescribed by this chapter, whoever commits an assault and battery upon a judge of any court of the Virgin Islands if the offender knows the person assaulted to be a judge shall be fined not more than $2,000 or imprisoned not more than two years or both.
