Chapter 108 - Criminal Hoax
§ 2142. Bomb hoax

Whoever, willfully and deliberately or negligently communicates through any medium the presence of a bomb where there is no such device found, and which the person knows, intends or reasonably believes is likely to cause public alarm or disruption has committed the act of creating a bomb hoax.
