Chapter 105 - Stolen Property
§ 2103. Civil liability

Any person who has been injured by a violation of this chapter may bring a civil action in which he shall be entitled to recover three times the amount of actual damages, if any, sustained by him, plus costs of suit and reasonable attorney's fees.
