§ 498. Trustees, powers; continuance of corporate existence

After the dissolution of the corporation as provided in section 497 of this title, the trustee, if one has been appointed, shall have all the rights, duties, powers and obligations of trustees as set forth in section 286 of this title, with respect to winding up the affairs of the corporation, and the dissolved corporation shall continue in existence for the same purposes as those set forth in section 286 of this title, and for no other purposes.
