§ 958. Defenses in court

Notwithstanding section 951 of this chapter, no corporation, general partnership, limited partnership, limited liability partnership, limited liability company, or any other business entity, however formed, may plead any law against usury, including any restriction or prohibition of prepayment penalties or other fees and charges under this chapter, in any court as a defense in any action instituted to enforce the payment of any bond, note or other evidence of indebtedness issued or assumed by the entity.
