§ 3626. Prohibition against advertising of membership in Association
A person who makes, publishes, or circulates, or causes to be made, published or circulated, any statement that uses the existence of the Association for the purpose of sales, solicitation, or inducement to purchase any form of insurance within the scope of this subchapter shall be subject to an administrative penalty of not more than $500.00 for each violation. (Added 1979, No. 18, § 18; amended 1995, No. 167 (Adj. Sess.), § 4.)
