§ 658. Postaudits

All State Lottery accounts and transactions of the Board of Liquor and Lottery shall be subject to annual postaudits conducted by independent auditors retained by the Board for this purpose. The Board may order other audits as it deems necessary and desirable. (Added 1977, No. 82, § 2, eff. April 27, 1977; amended 2015, No. 58, § E.141.1; 2018, No. 1 (Sp. Sess.), § 98.)
