§ 1621. Powers of Commissioner of Corrections
The Commissioner of Corrections is hereby authorized and directed to do all things necessary or incidental to the carrying out of the compact in every particular and he or she may in his or her discretion delegate this authority to another appropriate official. (Added 1969, No. 13, § 1, eff. Feb. 28, 1969.)
