§ 18. Vice Chair
The Vice Chair shall preside during the absence of the Chair or in the event the Chair elects not to preside. In either case, the Vice Chair shall have the same duties and authority as the Chair. (Added 2013, No. M-17 (Adj. Sess.), § 2, eff. May 20, 2014.)
