§ 16. Public Safety Director
The Board shall appoint a Public Safety Director, based on experience and demonstrated competence, and shall set the salary and benefits for this office. The Public Safety Director shall oversee the operations and hire and supervise the personnel of the Authority. (Added 2013, No. M-17 (Adj. Sess.), § 2, eff. May 20, 2014.)
