§ 1. Creation of Authority
There is hereby created a transit authority to be known as the “Green Mountain Transit Authority.” (Added 1973, No. 122, § 1, eff. Feb. 2, 1973; amended 2017, No. 158 (Adj. Sess.), § 24, eff. May 21, 2018.)
