§ 9. Amendment of charter

This charter shall be amended by a majority vote of those residents of the Fire District present and voting at an annual or special Fire District meeting, provided that notice of the meeting containing the full text of the amendment shall be given according to subsection 4(a) of this charter. (Added 2003, No. M-18 (Adj. Sess.), § 2, eff. May 20, 2004.)
