§ 208. Voting
Each member of the Board of Supervisors shall be entitled to cast one vote for every 1,000 population, or part thereof, in the town that he or she represents. A member of the Board of Supervisors may not split his or her vote. The determination of population shall be made based upon the latest census provided by the Vermont State Planning Office.
