§ 101. Creation
Upon approval of this agreement by the participating municipalities, as required in 24 V.S.A. chapter 121, subchapter 3, there is hereby created a union municipal district that shall be known as the Greater Upper Valley Solid Waste Management District (hereinafter referred to as the District) and that shall be a body politic and corporate.
