§ 806. Taxation for infrastructure improvements
The legal voters of the Village of Alburgh, at any annual or special meeting warned for that purpose, may vote a tax upon the grand list of the Village for any of the purposes mentioned in this charter. (Amended 2023, No. 6, § 272, eff. July 1, 2023.)
