§ 703. Severability

If any provision of this charter is for any reason held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect the remaining provisions that can be given effect without the invalid provision. To this end, the provisions of this charter are declared to be severable. (Renumbered from 24A V.S.A. § 151-15 by 2023, No. M-27 (Adj. Sess.), § 3, eff. May 30, 2024.)
