§ 102. Severability

If any provision of this charter shall for any reason be held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect the remaining provisions that can be given effect without the invalid provision. To this end, the provisions of this charter are severable. (Added 2013, No. M-2, § 2, eff. June 30, 2014; renumbered from 24A V.S.A. § 129C-102 by 2025, No. M-2, § 2, eff. May 5, 2025.)
