§ 1055. Pedestrians on roadways
(a) [Repealed.]
(b) Any pedestrian walking along and upon a highway shall, when practicable, walk only on the left side of the roadway or its shoulder facing the direction of possible oncoming traffic. (Added 1971, No. 258 (Adj. Sess.), § 3, eff. March 1, 1973; amended 2023, No. 165 (Adj. Sess.), § 45, eff. July 1, 2024.)
