§ 674. Service of petition
A petition pursuant to section 673 of this chapter shall not be sustained unless served on the adverse party within 21 days after the date of the petition and within two years after the last date upon which the appeal might have been entered in court. (Amended 2023, No. 85 (Adj. Sess.), § 143, eff. July 1, 2024.)
