§ 605. Testimony of person outside the State, how taken
Upon the application of a party in a cause pending before the Commissioner and on such notice to the adverse party or the adverse party’s attorney as the Commissioner deems reasonable, the Commissioner may issue a commission to a person designated by the Commissioner to take the testimony of a person residing or located outside the State. The testimony shall be taken upon interrogatories settled by order of the Commissioner or upon oral examination, as the Commissioner directs. (Amended 2023, No. 85 (Adj. Sess.), § 121, eff.
