§ 1204. Receipt of funds

The State Treasurer is authorized to receive, on behalf of this State, all funds granted to it pursuant to 29 U.S.C. § 49 et seq. (Amended 2023, No. 85 (Adj. Sess.), § 168, eff. July 1, 2024.)
