§ 108. Water supply; sanitation
When requested, or when, in the Commissioner’s opinion, it is necessary, the Commissioner shall advise with municipal officers in regard to drainage, water supply, and sewerage of towns and villages and in regard to the erection, construction, heating, ventilation, and sanitary arrangements of public buildings. (Amended 1959, No. 329 (Adj. Sess.), § 27, eff. March 1, 1961; 2023, No. 53, § 26, eff. June 8, 2023.)
