§ 558. Spouse allowed to take prior name
Upon granting a divorce, unless good cause is shown to the contrary, the court shall allow a spouse to resume the spouse’s prior name or the name of a former spouse. (Amended 2023, No. 161 (Adj. Sess.), § 20, eff. June 6, 2024.)
